Your role:
- Actively acquire new B2B clients through cold calls, emails and other outreach activities
- Sell HR and recruitment services tailored to clients’ business needs
- Meet with clients, understand their needs and prepare relevant service proposals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and further client development
What we expect:
- Experience in B2B sales (1+ year); previous experience in selling HR, recruitment or other professional services is a strong advantage
- Proven success in new business development, cold outreach, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare clear, persuasive proposals and presentations
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
