We are seeking a Biotechnologist to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation, testing, and assembly of liquid products, following documentation and quality standards. If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured laboratory environment, this role is for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation, testing, and assembly of liquid products, following documentation and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare solutions and reagents according to established protocols and documentation.
- Perform physicochemical tests on prepared solutions and reagents.
- Perform product aliquoting and labeling.
- Assemble and prepare product kits for shipment.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and take on new responsibilities as the team and products continue to grow.
- Complete and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and ensure production efficiency.
Requirements
- A degree in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working in a laboratory and production environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics Business Central is an advantage).
- English language skills (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
- Knowledge of standard lab practices and solution handling.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in following protocols.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- Organization and quick orientation skills.
- Ability to work while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in shifts during peak production periods.
