Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming stakeholder requirements into seamless payments, compliance, and financial system integrations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate business needs, align technical product capabilities, and ensure they work together seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities
●Close collaboration with the business team (clients support, payments department, compliance teams etc);
●Gather business requirements from key stakeholders considering product consistency and ideology;
●Decompose function delivery on stages to meet business needs progressively;
●Assist with requirements gathering and digitalization on all task lifecycle stages;
●Create requirements specification for developers & designers team;
●Create specifications for different APIs integration;
●Compose entity descriptions and data flow diagrams;
●Create customer product specifications and run product demos.

●Solid experience (3 years +) with business requirements analysis in the IT domain;
●Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance or related field (advantage);
●Knowledge and expertise in Fintech area is a strong plus (payments, compliance, etc.);
●Knowledge of business process description methodologies is a plus (BPMN);
●Ability to transformative business requirements to consistent requirements specifications for developers (web, mobile) & designer teams;
●Understanding of principles and specifics SDLC;
●Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
●Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources;
●Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills;
●Excellent interpersonal skills.
