Baltic Tower Company is the first pan-Baltic tower company: owning, operating, and building the critical telecom infrastructure carrying mobile networks across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. With an enterprise value of €560M and an active portfolio of around 3,000 sites, the group is now scaling its finance function from the ground up.
This is a newly created position for a Business Controller who will sit directly at the intersection of commercial contracts, operational reality, and group financial steering. Working closely with the CFO, the finance team, and regional site managers, you will turn multi-country operational plans into numbers, and numbers into decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Revenue assurance & billing control: manage invoicing and recharges for anchor tenants and colocation clients; own the works revenue cycle end to end, and handle lease indexations.
- Investment & project control: model payback and pricing for ground lease buy-outs; price calculation for tower acquisitions; tracking portfolio CapEx against budget.
- Commercial business cases: evaluate the financial feasibility of site renewals, relocations, demolitions, and new client onboarding.
- Systems & process governance: own CapEx/OpEx approval workflows, implement modern reporting tools (Power BI, OneStream), and drive process automation.
- Cross-functional continuity: conduct partner KYC checks, act as deputy cover for the Financial Controller, and tackle ad-hoc strategic analyses alongside the CFO.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–6 years in controlling, audit, transaction services or a comparable analytical finance role.
- University degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
- Hands-on exposure to billing, CapEx, or investment analysis; ability to extract financial logic and build models directly from contracts, leases, and operational project plans.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and BI tools an advantage.
- A keen interest in modern automation and AI literacy.
- Motivated by building clean structures, routines, and systems from scratch.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
