NKT - a global company that designs, manufactures, and installs power cables for sustainable energy transmission is looking for a Business Controlling Manager to lead a purpose-driven team focused on elevating business controlling.. This role is ideal for a people-oriented and strategically minded leader who enjoys operational coordination, and continuous improvement in a complex international environment. You will work closely with SSC, local finance teams, business stakeholders, and Group Finance, helping ensure smooth operations, strong collaboration, and team effectiveness across the organization.

AS A BUSINESS CONTROLLING MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Lead and support an international controlling team within a global organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong team engagement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business lines, local finance organizations, SSC, and Group Finance.
- Coordinate people-related processes including onboarding, performance management, development discussions, and hiring activities together with HR and finance leadership.
- Act as a key coordination point between matrix managers and the Kaunas-based controlling organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to ongoing finance transformation and digitalization initiatives across the organization.

WE EXPECT:
- Experience in finance controlling, SSC, or a similar finance environment.
- Leadership experience within an international or matrix organization would be considered an advantage.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
