What will you do?
- Lead, coordinate and assess the implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and the relevant Advanced Carlsberg Excellence Processes and Standards across the entire site at highest quality
- Train, coach, and develop teams in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, DMAIC and other CE methodologies.
- Drive a Zero Loss mindset by analyzing losses, leading Focused Improvement cycles, and ensuring effective problem solving.
- Facilitate implementation of Advanced Functional tools
- Lead and support improvement projects, ensuring they deliver measurable and sustainable results.
- Ensure compliance with Carlsberg Excellence standards
- Promotes COM compliance and coordinates the scheduling of COM self-assessments & and on-time completion of identified gaps
- Actively contributes to the site’s strategic direction as part of the leadership team.
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, workshops, trainings, and best practice sharing externally and internally
- Ensure every employee understands their role and contribution to Carlsberg Excellence.
What we expect from you?
- University degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production or supply chain roles, including 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or Operational Excellence.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Proven experience leading Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and structured problem solving (DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, ERP/MES systems, Power BI).
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to inspire teams, drive change, and deliver results.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to building a “One Team” culture.
