In this role, you will drive category performance by planning and optimizing commercially effective promotions, analyzing their impact, and collaborating with suppliers to secure good terms.

If you have:
- Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management
- Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management
- Ability to work independently, very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done
- Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems
- Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage).
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian
We will entrust You:
- Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories
- Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy
- Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target
- Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories
- Manage marketing service income according to the target
- Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories
- Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility
