Job description
Lead the development, structuring, and optimization of the company’s international HR function and procedures;
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both shore-based and office-based staff across all Orca Group companies;
Ensure full employment contract compliance with MLC 2006, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), and local labor laws across different payrolls and countries;
Standardize HR workflows, contract templates, and personnel file management systems;
Implement and conduct structured evaluation, performance feedback loops, and career development meetings;
Oversee and improve employee well-being programs, health insurance, remote work policies, and OHS regulation implementation across different offices;
Monitor and report on key recruitment and HR metrics, including time-to-fill, retention rate, nationality mix, and cost-per-hire;
Work closely with the director, managing director, CFO, operations, and accounting teams;
Support the group’s international and cross-border teams with immediate project engagement.

Requirements
5–10 years of proven track record in a similar HR management role;
Practical understanding of end-to-end recruitment, international labor compliance, and structured performance systems;
Experience in setting up HR structure and procedures from scratch will be a strong advantage;
Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on in daily execution;
Strong result orientation, initiative, and ability to work effectively without a strict corporate hierarchy;
Understanding of key recruitment metrics, labor market trends, wage benchmarks, and regulatory changes;
Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills, with professional Russian being a strong benefit;
Willingness to work full-time from the Klaipėda office (with occasional international business trips).
