Commissioning - Automation Engineer

• Verification of mechanical and electrical installations (loop checks, I/O checks)
  
• Commissioning of process systems and clean utilities
  
• Execution of dry and wet commissioning activities
  
• Setup and optimization of control valves and process control loops
  
• The optimization of automation:
  

Monitor and refine automation processes for peak performance.

• Testing and calibration of instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level
  
• Execution of Site Acceptance Tests
  
• Automation system testing (PLC/DCS), interlocks, alarms, and HMI
  
• Integration of batch control systems and recipe management
  
• Troubleshooting and process optimization
  
• Support of IQ/OQ and Computer System Validation

• Technical expertise:
  

Solid qualification in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a related field

• Hands-on expertise:
  

Proven ability in commissioning automated systems and equipment.

• Programming Skills:
  

Proficiency in PLC programming (SIMATIC S7 TIA Portal); HMI configuration (ICONICS, WinCC).

• Systems knowledge:
  

Strong understanding of industrial networks such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and DeviceNet.

• Language skills:
  

Fluency in English required (written and spoken).

• Independence:
  

Ability to manage tasks autonomously.
