We are looking for motivated profiles (from Junior to Senior) to join the Contract Management Team within our Electrification’s Rail Baltica project. Electrification will power 870 km of railway and more than 2,400 km of tracks across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

- Analysis and management of contracts during the bidding and execution phases.
- Risk analysis.
- Leading negotiations and aligning the contract's terms and conditions with acceptable risks for our Company.
Duties:
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and project conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the drafting and negotiation of all types of contractual agreements within the project framework, including NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements), MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), HoT (Heads of Terms), subcontracts, etc.
- Directly manage contractual matters with the technical teams, production teams, and clients.
- Ensure the correct interpretation of complex contracts, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and apply contractual terms.
- Maintain updated documentation and manage contractual relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Regular Activities: Contract monitoring, meetings with stakeholders, preparation of reports, letters, claims, risk analysis, and audit support.
- Relationship with other Departments: Work closely with the regional offices (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) where projects are being executed, as well as other areas such as Legal Counsel, Administration, Purchasing, etc.

- Experience in projects in the execution phase, contract management, negotiation, risk analysis and management, and management of complex stakeholders.
- Experience working with public procurement and contract analysis and evaluation.
- Ability to ensure control of contracts and supervision of their implementation.
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules in the Baltic countries.
- Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts.
- Microsoft Office computer skills.
- C1 English level is essential.
