Control / Automation Engineer ( DCS/PLC/SCADA)

At Netta Solutions, we engineer and deliver advanced control systems for leading global power and marine companies. We’re growing and seeking a talented Control System Engineer to join our expanding team.

Depending on your experience and career goals, your responsibilities may include:

• Design and implement PLC or DCS-based control systems for power generation and marine applications.
  
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout different project phases.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define system requirements and develop control strategies.
  
• Configure and commission industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and OPC.
  
• Perform system commissioning, testing, and tuning at customer sites.
  
• Analyze and optimize industrial processes to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  
• Develop and validate control strategies through process simulation and optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Understanding of industrial automation and process control principles.
  
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a Control or Automation Engineer.
  
• Experience in Power, Marine, or Chemical industries.
  
• Experience using task management tools such as Jira or Trello.
  
• Strong interest and practical skills in applying generative AI tools within engineering workflows.
  

Strong advantage:

• Experience with Emerson Ovation, Emerson DeltaV, Valmet DNA, Siemens PCS7, or Siemens TIA Portal.

1300-2800 €/mon. net
Applicants of all experience levels are welcome — from students eager to get hands "dirty", to seasoned professionals ready to take on new challenges. Salary ranges depend on the seniority: junior - 1300-1800, senior - 1800-2800.

At Netta Solutions, we see travel as an important part of professional growth. Working directly at client sites provides valuable hands-on experience with some of the most advanced power plants and industrial facilities across Europe and beyond — experience that is difficult to gain remotely.

Project travel also comes with additional benefits and compensation, creating the opportunity to earn up to 100% of your base salary on top of your regular compensation package.

That said, we strongly prioritize work-life balance and limit time spent away from home to no more than 30%.
