If You have:
- Higher education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field;
- Solid experience in corporate communications or public relations;
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic communication and crisis communication plans;
- Proficiency in developing content for multiple channels, such as press releases, social media, websites, intranet, videos, and corporate presentations;
- Understanding of digital communication channels, social media, and communication analytics;
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages;
- Experience working in an international or matrix organization is considered an advantage.
We will entrust You:
- Developing and implementing Baltic-wide internal and external communication strategies;
- Managing corporate reputation, public relations, and media communication activities;
- Leading crisis communication and reputation risk management initiatives;
- Supporting leadership communication and key corporate messaging;
- Managing Baltic communication channels, including Worknet, web and social media platforms;
- Planning and executing communication campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement activities;
- Creating communication content for employees, media, and external stakeholders;
- Monitoring communication performance and identifying improvement opportunities;
- Collaborating with local communication teams, business stakeholders, and external partners;
- Managing communication budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation.
Compensation:
