Job description

What you will do:

Perform credit risk assessments and provide recommendations on credit limits and terms.
Monitor credit exposures and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other risk management units to ensure effective credit risk governance aligned with the overall risk framework.
Prepare and maintain credit risk reports and key performance indicators to track exposure and performance.
Contribute to the development and delivery of credit risk training programs for internal stakeholders.
Assist in drafting and implementing credit risk policies and procedures to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Establish and maintain relationships with credit bureaus and external partners to stay updated on industry best practices and market developments.

What we expect from you:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience in credit risk assessment or financial risk management.
Analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and risk analysis tools would be considered an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
