- Build strong relationships with our key clients and become their trusted point of contact
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, using our ticketing system to ensure timely and effective solutions
- Proactively clarify and resolve challenging situations to deliver a smooth customer experience
- Take part in meetings with both existing and potential clients to better understand their needs
- Foster long-term partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening trust
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to help improve our products, services, and marketing efforts
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and English language skills
- Higher education
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment

- Salary range from 2000 EUR gross/month, depending on candidate's experience and quarterly bonus
