What you’ll do:
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in English
- Help resolve questions related to orders and products
- Coordinate information between customers and the team
- Make sure customers receive fast and clear responses
- Contribute to creating a better customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable communicating by phone
- Positive, organized, and communicative personality
- Ability to stay calm and solve problems quickly
- Icelandic language skills = a huge bonus 🇮🇸
