We are actively searching for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will be an important part of our mission to help individuals lead healthier and happier lives through our wellness products.

We expect you to
- Have experience in customer service field. Experience in similar positions is an advantage.
- Have a passion for helping others and an eagerness to learn.
- Have strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
- Be organized, with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Have an interest in the health & wellness industry (this is a plus, but not required!).
- Be a proactive problem solver and take ownership of your work.
- Be creative and flexible, sometimes, thinking outside the box is key.
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
Working hours:
- Weekends SAT-WED.
- Could be Night shift 01:00 to 10:00 EET 1 hours lunch break.
- Could be Evening shift 17:00 to 02:00 EET 1 hours lunch break.
- For the onboarding period, we’d appreciate if you could work day hours Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, and once everything feels comfortable, you’d move to the evening/night shift
