Restaurants across Lithuania, Poland, Germany and beyond are discovering Saltz every day. As our Customer success manager for the Lithuanian/German market, you're the voice that gets them there.
You can work remotely from anywhere within the EU, as long as you’re in the CET time zone. This is a full-time role.

As our Customer success manager for the Lithuanian/German market, you're the voice that gets them there.

What you will be doing:
- Inbound calls of restaurants to help them solve their ordering and delivery challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross‑selling capabilities and driving additional revenue when relevant.
- Call newly registered restaurants who’ve shown interest — a high daily volume. Follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days.
- Handle written communication channels, including reviewing and registering claims.
- Communicate with all related stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow.
Requirements
- 1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience. Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
- Language requirement: fluent in English plus fluent in German or Polish / (C1 level)
- Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-driven work
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce or HubSpot or Zendesk)
- Results-driven, organized, and able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously
- Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus
