What You’ll Do and Learn
- Experience in leading a team.
- Expertise in supporting customers and building a flawless customer experience.
- Leading by example.
- Great communication, leadership & change management capabilities.
- Proactivity & doer's mindset.
- Flexibility to work from 5:00 in the morning till 14:00 in the evening.
- Fluency in English.
- To be located in Vilnius.
What You’ll Do and Learn
- Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved.
- Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.

Compensation:
- Gross salary - 2000 - 2500 EUR/month and additional bonuses up to 500 EUR/month (gross) after 1 month (depending on team results).
