What you will do
📌Provide support to customers through calls, emails, and live chat
📌Help customers with questions related to Samsung products and services
📌Troubleshoot technical issues in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly way
📌Accurately record customer interactions and solutions in internal systems and databases
📌Deliver a positive customer experience using tools and communication platforms.
