Job description
MAAS Aviation in Kaunas is expanding its aircraft paint shop team. Duties vary by role:
Prepper (surface preparation):
Preparing aircraft surfaces for painting – cleaning, sanding, defect removal;
Masking areas that should not be painted;
Checking surface quality before handover to the painter.
Painter:
Spray-painting aircraft surfaces per technical documentation and customer specifications;
Controlling coating thickness, evenness, and color match;
Final quality checks on completed paintwork.
Both roles involve teamwork, compliance with safety and environmental procedures, and use of personal protective equipment (coverall, respirator, etc.).
