Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience leading or coordinating IT or software development teams/projects.
- Experience working and communicating with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage several tasks, projects, and priorities at the same time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
- Good understanding of how software development projects are planned and delivered.
- Experience working in Kanban, Agile or Scrum environments.
- Good English communication skills, as you’ll work closely with international teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices.
- Technical background in software development or IT projects.
- Experience working in international or fast-growing environments.
- Experience improving internal processes or team workflows.
- Interest in new technologies, automation, or AI-related solutions.
