Job description

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative for our digital products sales. Your main task would be generating the leads, acquiring new clients, developing existing partnerships and coordinating digital marketing campaigns or other projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, active sales and client relationship development;
  • You have worked with digital marketing or advertising solutions, or have managed your own web projects;
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics;
  • You are able to organize your work independently and effectively prioritize tasks;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • You are results-oriented and driven by business growth;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
  • Strong analytical thinking, a high sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new potential clients;
  • Conduct cold outreach and establish initial contact with prospective customers;
  • Prepare commercial proposals, media plans, and campaign recommendations;
  • Prepare sales presentations, commercial proposals, and other sales materials;
  • Organize and lead meetings with prospective and existing clients;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners;
  • Present new products, services and ideas while generating upselling opportunities;
  • Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company's business growth;
  • Other activities, that would help to acquire and maintain customer relationships, such as consultancy, lunches and participation in events;
  • Support and collaborate with other members of the sales and other teams.

Salary

1600-2000 €/mon. gross
Higher base salary comes with experience, for example you already sold digital, SaaS or similar products. We expect you will earn double or more than base salary thanks to the sales bonuses.
