Job Summary:

What you'll do
Own Desktronic's storefronts end-to-end — products, collections, content pages, navigation, and app integrations
Maintain catalogue precision across new SKUs, variants, media, pricing, barcodes/GTINs, and shipping rules
Build discounts, promo codes, and campaign landing pages — and test checkout across every regional market before launch
Deliver product, campaign, and new-market launches on time, working closely with the Creative team
Run pre-launch QA: Figma accuracy, working links, clean navigation, mobile responsiveness, flawless checkout
Use AI tools alongside native-speaker review to generate, optimise, and verify localised content at speed
Log, prioritise, and track bugs through to resolution in Monday.com
Pull weekly reports on sales, top performers, internal search queries, and stock — and turn them into site changes
What we're looking for
2+ years hands-on managing live Shopify store operations
Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, AI copywriting and localisation plugins) to automate manual work and speed up catalogue setup
A QA habit — you verify every link and flow yourself before anything ships
Experience running localised storefronts in languages you don't speak, using structured process and AI translation
Strong Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, data cleaning
Working knowledge of Klaviyo (or similar), GA4, and e-commerce SEO fundamentals
Fluent Lithuanian and English
A strong plus: proficiency in one of our target market languages — DE, FR, PL, NL, SE, or DK.
