About the role
We're looking for an Experimental Growth Marketer who loves figuring out how brands can win attention online before everyone else does.
Our work sits at the intersection of SEO, AI search, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), Reddit, Parasite SEO, automation, and growth engineering. We constantly test new platforms, reverse-engineer algorithms, build internal tools, and experiment with unconventional distribution strategies.
This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll spend your time launching experiments, finding scalable growth opportunities, automating repetitive work, and discovering new ways to generate visibility across the internet.
You'll have significant autonomy, move fast, and work on well-known international brands.

What you'll do:
- Design, launch, and iterate growth experiments across Google, Reddit, forums, AI search, YouTube, Medium, GitHub, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Find creative and unconventional ways to increase brand visibility and distribution
- Build repeatable growth systems instead of one-off campaigns
- Execute Parasite SEO, GEO, AEO, Reddit marketing, digital PR, and other experimental acquisition strategies
- Use automation, scraping, APIs, proxies, AI, and internal tools to execute at scale
- Reverse engineer competitors and platform algorithms to identify new growth opportunities
- Validate ideas quickly, measure results, and double down on what works
- Vibe code to build internal growth tools and automate successful workflows
- Continuously research new platforms, algorithm updates, and emerging marketing opportunities

Requirements
- High business ethics towards communication and execution.
- 0–2 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, affiliate marketing, or content marketing
- Strong curiosity about how Google, Reddit, forums, YouTube, and AI search work
- Willingness to test unconventional marketing ideas
- Comfortable using AI tools, spreadsheets, scraping tools, and basic automation
- Good research skills and ability to find growth opportunities online
- Fast executor who can test, learn, and improve quickly
- Strong written/spoken English
- Independent, proactive, and not afraid to figure things out without a clear playbook
