Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication with international B2B clients (primarily via email)
  • Prepare and send tailored commercial offers based on client requirements
  • Follow up on inquiries and develop long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate export orders and ensure accurate preparation of documentation
  • Support market research and contribute to identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, export, or customer service (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable handling daily email communication with international clients
