About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Export Sales Manager to drive the business and expand our client base. You’ll be building and nurturing client relationships all over the world, closing deals, and contributing to our growth strategy in an innovative, fast-moving industry.
What You'll Do:
- Convert CRM leads into clients (experience with Pipedrive is a plus).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal terms.
- Participate in international exhibitions and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth.
- Manage existing clients.
Requirements:
- Proven export B2B sales experience (1+ year) or strong motivation to learn.
- Confident in cold calling and approaching new prospects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Flawless English; additional languages (French, Japanese, Italian, German or Spanish) are a plus.
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, supplements, or health products is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, curious and results-driven.
