Facilities Manager

Atrandi Biosciences is a cutting-edge biotechnology company based in Vilnius, leading the way in technologies for single-cell analysis. With a product portfolio that spans instruments, software, microfluidic chips, and reagents, we support researchers worldwide and contribute to advancing biological sciences. 

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Facilities Manager to take ownership of Atrandi’s office, R&D, and manufacturing building, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this highly impactful role, you will combine technical expertise with problem-solving and coordination - from maintaining critical systems to continuously improving day-to-day operations. If you enjoy taking initiative, fixing issues before they arise, and working in a dynamic, science-driven environment, this role is for you. You will play a key role in enabling our scientists to focus on science - while everything else simply works.

• Experience in building engineering system installation or maintenance
  
• Understanding of electrical, automation, and communication systems
  
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation, blueprints and drawings
  
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  
• Curiosity and a proactive desire to understand how systems and equipment work
  
• High sense of responsibility and ownership
  
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
  
• Driving license (Category B).
