Finance & Accounting manager (fCFO)

We are looking for a hands-on **Finance & Accounting Manager** to take ownership of Leapsly's day-to-day finances and help us run the business more efficiently.

This is a **part-time position** and can be done from our Vilnius office, remotely, or in a hybrid setup.
We need someone who is comfortable doing the actual accounting work while also understanding the bigger financial picture of a growing agency.

## What you'll be responsible for

• Managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
  
• Preparing and issuing client invoices
  
• Tracking payments and following up on overdue invoices
  
• Managing accounts receivable and payable
  
• Managing expenses, supplier invoices and financial documentation
  
• Preparing accounting and tax-related documentation
  
• Monitoring company cash flow
  
• Preparing simple monthly financial reports for management
  
• Tracking revenue, costs and profitability
  
• Analyzing profitability by client, project and service
  
• Identifying unnecessary costs and opportunities to improve margins
  
• Reviewing recurring expenses, software subscriptions, suppliers and other costs
  
• Helping with budgeting and financial forecasting
  
• Improving and automating finance and accounting processes
  
• Supporting management with financial decisions and financial planning
  
• Coordinating with external tax, legal or accounting specialists when necessary
  

## What we're looking for

• Previous experience in accounting, finance or a similar role
  
• Strong understanding of Lithuanian accounting and tax requirements
  
• Ability and willingness to handle accounting work independently
  
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
  
• Commercial mindset: you don't just record numbers, you understand what they mean for the business
  
• Comfortable communicating with clients regarding invoices and payments
  
• Ability to identify inefficient spending and suggest improvements
  
• Experience with service businesses or agencies is a strong advantage

## The person we're looking for

You might currently be a **Accountant / buhalteris** who wants to move beyond traditional accounting.

We want someone who can make sure the accounting is correct, clients pay on time, costs are under control, and management always understands where the company stands financially.

3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax requirements
Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting
Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, VAT and payroll-related accounting
Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting and profitability
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to analyze costs and identify cost-saving and profit improvement opportunities
Comfortable following up with clients regarding late or outstanding payments
High level of accuracy, ownership and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and organize your own workload
Lithuanian and English sufficient for accounting documents and client communication

750-1800 €/mėn. neatskaičius mokesčių
