Preparation, updating, and supervision of HACCP and mandatory food safety programs
Planning and conducting HACCP-related hygiene and sanitation training
Managing the quality and documentation system (SOPs, records, quality indicators)
Monitoring compliance with hygiene and sanitary standards in production
Raw material quality control and inspection upon receipt
Organizing sampling and delivery of control samples to the laboratory
Coordinating physicochemical, microbiological, and organoleptic testing
Managing supplier approval, raw material specifications, and related documentation
Conducting and controlling internal audits and inspections
Organizing and conducting employee training in hygiene, sanitation, and quality procedures
Handling customer quality inquiries and complaints, including investigation, corrective actions, and response communication
We look for:
Higher education in Food Safety, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
Lithuanian language – fluent (required)
Fluent English skills
Knowledge of HACCP and relevant legal regulations
Experience in quality management within a manufacturing company (preferred 1–5 years)
Understanding of IFS standards (advantage)
Knowledge of production hygiene/sanitation requirements
Knowledge of product labelling requirements
Strong responsibility, self-discipline, and ability to work in a team
