We most frequently hire for our core teams, but we are always open to hearing from talent as new needs emerge. Our main hubs are:

• Client Support: for those who love human connection and speak Lithuanian, Russian, and English (3 languages are mandatory). Full-time, rotational day/evening shifts, based in Vilnius or Alytus offices.
  
• Due Diligence (KYC): for detail-oriented specialists reviewing documents and onboarding clients. Full-time, hybrid/remote options.
  
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): for critical thinkers conducting thorough real-time and retrospective transaction monitoring, identifying suspicious patterns and ensuring robust risk management. Full-time, hybrid/remote, primarily based in Vilnius and Kaunas.
