Growth & CRM Marketing Specialist

Legal Balance is a fast-growing debt management and recovery company operating since 2010. We combine legal expertise with technology and digitalised processes to deliver effective solutions for individuals and businesses, while continuing to expand across European markets.

We are looking for a Growth & CRM Marketing Specialist to support eSkolos.lt in Lithuania, Ewindik.pl in Poland and Atgustinaudu.lv, which we plan to grow more actively in Latvia in 2027, while strengthening our shared Online platform. This independent mid-level role combines hands-on CRM marketing, customer-journey analysis and coordination of external specialists to increase qualified applications, signed agreements and repeat customers.

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, digital or growth marketing.
  
• Hands-on experience with email campaigns, audience segmentation or automated communication journeys.
  
• Practical experience with Omnisend or a similar CRM platform, reporting in Power BI or Looker Studio, and using Hotjar.
  
• Ability to analyse data, with a working understanding of paid acquisition, SEO, GA4 and conversion measurement.
  
• Ability to prepare clear briefs, coordinate external partners and follow through on deadlines.
  
• Professional English. Lithuanian is required for the Lithuania-based role; Polish would be an advantage.
  

Nice to have

• Experience in financial, legal or B2B services, SME marketing or multi-market operations.
