ABOUT US:
Coffee Friend is an international omnichannel coffee retailer operating across 12 European markets, with a 15-year track record and 8 growing companies.
We are looking for Head of Accounting - a detail-oriented, business-minded leader who can inspire international teams, ensure high professional standards, and confidently drive change and risk-aware decision-making at group level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the group accounting team and ensure consistent, accurate, and timely accounting operations across all group entities
- Prepare and oversee consolidated group financial statements
- Coordinate the implementation and standardization of accounting systems within group companies in foreign markets
- Cooperate with auditors, state authorities, and tax administrations across all group countries
- Strengthen internal control systems, improve group-wide process efficiency, and initiate the development and alignment of new processes across departments
- Train, support, and supervise accounting teams across all group countries
- Act as a key link between business decisions and compliance with accounting and tax requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven experience working within international corporate groups
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax environments not only in Lithuania but also across other EU countries
- Experience working with auditors and within international organizational structures
- Ability to independently manage and resolve complex accounting and tax-related matters
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
IT WOULD BE YOUR ADVANTAGE, IF YOU WILL HAVE:
- Experience with ERP implementations or major system upgrades, particularly in a multi-entity or international environment
- Previous involvement in accounting process standardization or finance transformation projects at group level
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA or equivalent)
