YOUR PROFILE:
- Has a proven track record in digital sales, business growth, or digital transformation, ideally in banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Understands how to combine data-driven insights with innovative tools to drive sales effectiveness.
- Can define and execute strategies that deliver measurable impact in client acquisition and sales performance.
- Brings strong leadership skills, inspiring teams and building alignment across business and technology functions.
- Can operate at a Baltic level, contributing to growth and transformation as part of the Baltic Growth Leadership team.
OUR OFFER:

- Monthly salary of 6500 - 7500 Eur gross commensurate with experience and expertise. Final compensation to be determined during the interview process.
