As the Head of HR Business Partner team, you will be at the forefront of driving our HR strategy forward. You will lead a team of talented HR Business Partners to align HR initiatives with our business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. Your strategic insights and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our culture, fostering innovation, and maximizing the potential of our workforce.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Leading and managing a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR support to various business units/departments
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance and foster a high-performance culture
  • Providing guidance and support to HR Business Partners on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and priorities, and develop customized HR solutions to address them.
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR contributes to organizational success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR plans and initiatives.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary range for this position group is 4651 to 6976 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
