An international corporate group is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to lead and manage the company’s legal function.

- Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy.
- Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify, assess, and manage legal risks.
- Provide clear legal guidance to uphold high standards of ethics, quality, and intellectual property protection.
- Represent the company’s interests in national and international institutions and organizations.
- Lead the legal team: plan, organize, and oversee daily operations.
- Advise management and employees on strategic legal matters.
- Monitor legislative changes and recommend appropriate compliance measures.
- Manage contracts, corporate law, real estate, and dispute resolution matters.
- Ensure efficient planning and budget management for the Legal Department.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law or equivalent higher legal education.
- At least 7 years of legal experience.
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage priorities.
- Experience in team development, delegation, and strategic planning.
