The Role
We're looking for a Head of Organizational Development & Learning to own the full learning and development engine of our company - from spotting the gaps, to designing the fix, to measuring whether it actually worked.
You'll lead a team, run point on our internal learning platform, and be the go-to person for anything related to upskilling, onboarding, performance development, and building a culture where people actually want to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning L&D end-to-end - from training-needs analysis to designing, delivering, and evaluating programs that move the needle
Leading and coaching a team - hiring, developing, motivating, and setting your people up to do their best work
Turning data into decisions - analyzing training and assessment data, then translating it into recommendations leadership actually acts on
Driving development projects - planning and delivering initiatives that build real capability across the business
Succession planning - mapping critical roles, spotting high-potential talent, and building a pipeline of future leaders across the organization
Talent development - designing structured growth paths and competency frameworks, and coaching senior and mid-level leaders to grow their own teams
Building bridges externally - partnering with outside training providers, consultants, and institutions to bring fresh expertise in
Being a strategic partner - helping shape how the wider organization thinks about growth and capability
What You Bring
University degree
English proficiency (C1)
At least 3 years of experience organizing learning, training, or development initiatives
Comfort with modern digital tools and learning platforms
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
The ability to analyze information, spot patterns, and turn them into clear recommendations
Prior people-leadership experience
Why This Role Is a Great Move
Real influence - you're not maintaining a training calendar, you're shaping how a large, established company develops its people
Scale - your work reaches teams across an extensive employee network
Stability meets ambition - a company that's been around, but still pushes for smarter, more modern ways of working
A values-driven culture - customer focus, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement aren't just words on a poster here
