As Head of People, you will lead the HR function and work closely with the CEO, leadership and global HR team to shape a people strategy that supports both our people and our business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will have the opportunity to build, improve, and shape the way we work. You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical execution — from organizational development and leadership support to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.

Your responsibilities will include: ‍

• Further development and execution of the company's people and HR strategy in partnership with the leadership team.
  
• Be a trusted advisor to managers and executives on people-related matters.
  
• Maintain and continuously improve scalable HR processes, policies, and practices.
  
• Drive the successful execution of the ambitious recruitment strategy and plan for both internal and external employees.
  
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as the company evolves.
  
• Help strengthen employee engagement, communication, and our company culture.
  
• Coach and support managers in becoming stronger and more confident people leaders.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and maintain sound HR governance.
  
• Use people data and HR metrics to identify trends, understand what’s happening across the organization, and support better business decisions.
  
• Lead and support the HR team, creating a collaborative and high-quality HR function and employee experience.
  

We are looking for a person with the:

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership or HR Business Partner role.
  
• Experience working in a technology, software engineering, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  
• A strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and modern HR practices.
  
• Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and contributing to important organizational decisions.
  
• A track record of building or scaling HR processes in a growing organization.
  
• Strong knowledge of change management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach — you are comfortable developing the strategy and then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
  
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people initiatives with meaningful business outcomes.
  
• High integrity, discretion, empathy, and sound judgment.
