We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven marketing leader to join Skuba Group and take ownership of how we grow product sales across multiple markets.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is a growth role at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales.
Your mission - drive product and brand growth across different countries by turning commercial opportunities into structured, well-executed marketing actions.
You will work closely with the CEO, sales managers, and suppliers to ensure that marketing directly contributes to sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:
Commercial & Product Growth
Cross-market collaboration
Hands-on campaign execution
Strategic analysis
Leadership & alignment
- Identify which products/brands to push in specific markets (countries)
- Define and execute sales-driven marketing campaigns
- Work with suppliers to activate and grow their brands in different regions
- Translate business needs into clear marketing actions
Cross-market collaboration
- Partner with 18 country leaders to understand local needs
- Adapt strategies to fit different markets
- Share and implement best practices and success cases across countries
Hands-on campaign execution
- Initiate, plan, and drive campaigns end-to-end
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials
Strategic analysis
- Analyze competitors, customers, and market dynamics
- Identify growth opportunities and gaps
- Evaluate campaign performance and continuously improve
Leadership & alignment
- Work directly with the CEO on priorities and direction
- Bring structure and clarity to commercial marketing activities
- Act as a bridge between sales, product, and marketing
What we’re looking for:
Experience in B2B, distribution, or product-based business
Strong understanding of commercial (sales-driven) marketing
Proven track record of executing campaigns that drive real business results
Ability to deliver results without relying on large marketing budgets
Analytical mindset (comfortable with data, not just ideas)
Hands-on attitude - you do not just plan, you execute
