We are looking for an experienced and motivated Heat Pump Product Manager to drive the development and success of our heat pump solutions. You will manage products from concept to market launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our offerings meet customer needs and market trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for heat pump solutions, from concept to launch.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to define product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Define product pricing, positioning, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
- Train and provide technical support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the refrigeration, heat pump, or split/VRF system sector is highly preferred. Solid understanding of heat pump technologies and the market.
- Higher education; an engineering background is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with technical and market data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
