We are looking for a Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team in Lithuania. This is a practical, customer-facing role where you will help construction professionals find the right products, services, and solutions for their everyday work. The working hours are 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.
You will welcome customers to the Hilti Store, understand what they need, demonstrate our products, and provide clear, professional advice. You will also help keep the store organised and running smoothly by managing stock, service orders, documentation, and other daily operational processes.
This is not a traditional retail role. You will work with professional customers, learn about the construction industry, and become a trusted point of contact in the store. You will have responsibility from the beginning, while receiving the training and support needed to build your product knowledge and sales skills.

What You'll do
- Welcome customers and understand their needs, challenges, and daily work
- Recommend suitable Hilti products, services, and solutions
- Demonstrate products and explain their key features and benefits
- Support in-store sales and contribute to achieving the team’s commercial goals
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers visiting the store
- Manage customer touchpoints related to purchases, repairs, orders, and service enquiries
- Monitor stock levels, process replenishments, and receive and organise deliveries
- Manage documentation, price labels, customer information, and other store administration
- Coordinate the intake and dispatch of tools for repair and service
- Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams to ensure customers receive consistent support

- Fluent Lithuanian and a good working knowledge of English
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service would be valuable, but it is not essential. What matters most is your interest in working with customers, your willingness to learn, and your motivation to develop.
