What will you be doing?
- Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
- Preparing, updating, and organizing HR documents, forms, and employee records.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintaining HR trackers, employee data, and internal structure.
- Working with Excel (data entry, basic formulas, follow-ups).
- Supporting various HR processes and ad hoc tasks.
What will help you succeed?
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents.
- Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Basic Excel skills (or fast learner).
- Good English (written and spoken).
- Proactive and reliable approach to tasks.
