SUMMARY

The Human Resources Manager ensures the effective and efficient functioning of the HR department by overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role develops and implements HR strategies, processes, and systems that support business objectives while aligning HR practices with the company’s vision, mission, and core values. The Human Resources Manager fosters a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, personal growth, and professional development.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Oversee the effective and efficient operation of the HR department, ensuring alignment with company policies, values, vision, business objectives, and labor laws, and lead all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, processes, systems, and SOPs to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, probation meetings, employee development plans, and accountability follow-up.
  • Support employee relations by resolving conflicts, advising managers and employees, and promoting a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
  • Track HR metrics and team performance indicators, analyze HR data, and provide actionable recommendations for process and business improvements.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, continuous improvement, personal growth, and professional development.
  • Facilitate collaboration between HR and other departments to support hiring needs, leadership alignment, and business priorities.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
