ICONFIT Lithuania Social Media Marketing & Content Specialist (fixed-term contract, parental leave cover)

Over the past 13 years, ICONFIT has grown into the leading sports, diet, and healthy food producer in the Baltics. We make products across sports nutrition and health foods, sold through retail locations across the Baltic states and Finland. We believe in real quality and strong value, without unnecessary additives. That's earned us a loyal, fast-growing base of health-conscious customers.

Around 50 people across several countries run ICONFIT day to day. We move fast, communicate openly, and keep bureaucracy low. We're now expanding further across Europe, and Lithuania is a key part of that next stage.

ICONFIT is growing in Lithuania and we need someone to be the face of that brand growth on camera, on socials, and at events to build the Lithuanian audience and brand.
We want to grow through content, partnerships, and community and not only by paid reach. Your focus is building high-engagement content, real local partnerships, and an active Lithuanian community, with centralized performance marketing (ads, SEO) supporting you in the background.

What you’ll do
●Create and edit short social media video content
●Be on camera and off as a brand face
●Manage social media channels and community around us
●Build and run relationships with other brands and content creators
●Show up as ICONFIT's brand face at events and fairs alongside sales
●Write in Lithuanian that sound like a person not just and AI translation
●Reporting against clear goals: social PR growth, follower growth, engagement rates, etc.

●Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian
●English on conversational level
●Russian or Polish is an advantage, but just a nice to have
●Previous hands on social media management background
●Real hands-on social short form filming/editing skills
●Outgoing, independent, comfortable on camera
●Proactive to find the best ideas yourself without somebody micromanaging
●A genuine interest in health, fitness and wellness
●Comfortable working independently in Lithuania with a flexible, remote-first setup (no local office)

This is a fixed-term position to cover an employee’s parental leave, lasting until the employee returns to work.
