Internal Sales Supporter

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented colleague to join us in a 2-year fixed-term role covering maternity leave, with potential for continued opportunities within the company as the department grows. You will be part of a dedicated internal sales team, spread across Lithuania, Denmark, and Norway. Together, we support our external sales team and ensure seamless communication and order processing for our valued customers. Our customers are mainly within the wind turbine industry, oil & gas, and heavy engineering. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting these industries, contributing to customer satisfaction and growth.

Participate in the Internal Sales Department, together with your team take responsibility of the daily communication and processing of orders from customers. Also supporting external sales and do proactive activities to support the sales of Dokka Fasteners. Enter orders from customers into our ERP system, follow up on deliveries and delivery times for production goods and purchased goods. Handle inventory and price inquiries and different data extractions and processing. Various other administrative customer related task might be added.

While a degree in sales, business or customer service is a plus, it is not a deal-breaker. What matter most is your motivation, drive, and willingness to learn. It is beneficial if you have some experience within related type of work where use of MS-Office, in particular Excel, and ERP systems have been part of your daily work. As you work internationally, you need to be fluent in English both verbal and written. Knowledge of the Danish or Norwegian language or knowledge of the Wind or Fasteners industry would be an appreciated asset but is not a necessity.

As a person you are customer oriented, good at communicating and meet your customer with a “smile” in a trustworthy manner. Even though service minded, you still have the business in mind in all your decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and like to get things done in a structured manner and in time.
