We are currently looking for a proactive, analytical and process – oriented team member to join us in the role of : IT Administrator / Key User with the focus on IT process management, system integrations & optimisation.

What will you be doing?:

In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation, optimisation and development of our IT systems, acting as the key link between users, external providers and the GrECo Group IT teams.
This is a position focused on process management, system functionality, integration coordination and supporting digital workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

  • IT process & project management and continuous improvement - map, standardize and refine core‑system processes, ensure alignment with SDLC, security standards and Group guidelines, contribute to projects requiring IT expertise;
  • Coordination, implementation and maintenance of office hardware and software (at the process level) - monitor system status, manage the lifecycle of end‑user technologies, enforce configuration standards, manage access in line with Group guidelines, implement required company software with responsible IT teams, provide troubleshooting support, and escalate issues to the IT Support team when needed;
  • Serve as the Key User for core systems - build and maintain internal know-how, create clear user guides, and deliver targeted trainings/consultations on new features and processes;
  • Requirements management - collect and document business needs, define functional and non-functional requirements for system improvements;
  • Integrations oversight - supervise API/integration health with insurers and other partners, ensure SSL certificates are renewed and provided for implementation on time;
  • Establishing and maintaining relations - building and sustaining effective collaboration with internal teams and third‑party partners, including external software vendors, insurance companies, responsible IT teams.

Your Profile:

  • University degree (preferably in IT, Business Management areas);
  • Proven experience as IT administrator, IT/Business analyst, IT project manager or similar roles;
  • Have a good understanding of business and IT processes;
  • Experience in prioritizing business requirements based on their value and developing good working relationships with clients and third-party suppliers.
  • Initiative and proactive attitude;
  • Analytical mindset, time‑management and collaboration skills
  • Working proficiency in Lithuanian and English;
  • Basic understanding of integrations and APIs.
