How you will make an impact:
- Daily technical support for the company's employees regionally;
- Workplace preparation - installation of operating system and software;
- Support in the maintenance and servicing of computer and office equipment;
- Keeping and updating IT-related documentation such as inventory lists, manuals, and guidelines.
To succeed in this role you need:
- At least 2 years of working experience in Helpdesk/customer support or similar;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 systems;
- Positive getting-things-done attitude and good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
- Knowledge in the following administration tools: Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, MDT, MDM, will be considered as a bonus;
- Higher education (preferably in IT) or studies that can be combined with full-time office work;
- Background in IT security is a plus.
