ABOUT POSITION
Premier Restaurants Lithuania is looking for an IT Manager to take ownership of IT operations in Lithuania working as part of the Baltics IT team.
This is a function-leading role at country level, responsible for ensuring stable and secure IT operations across 19 restaurant locations. While there is no local IT team, you will work together with the Baltics IT team members and external service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support business needs and drive implementation of IT Initiatives.
This role is well suited for a candidate who is ready to step into a higher level of responsibility and take ownership of a full IT activity in a structured international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate IT operations in Lithuania (infrastructure, end-user support, restaurant systems)
Act as the primary IT contact for local business stakeholders
Coordinate external vendors and service providers approved by regional IT
Ensure high availability of critical systems (POS, network, restaurant technologies)
Support implementation of regional and global IT projects
Together with regional IT maintain IT security, compliance, and operational standards
Together with regional IT monitor IT performance and support local budget tracking

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or IT service management
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user environments
Experience working with vendors or outsourced IT services is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a multi-site environment
Good communication skills and business-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-location environments
Familiarity with POS systems or endpoint management tools
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user environments
Experience working with vendors or outsourced IT services is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a multi-site environment
Good communication skills and business-oriented mindset
