Currently we are expanding our Agents & Brokers product team and looking for QA specialist who will help to test, maintain, and continuously improve the quality of our product.

In this role you will:

• Own and ensure product quality by planning, designing, and executing test strategies and test plans.
• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, smoke, regression, UI) for web-based and „Oracle Forms“ applications.
• Maintain and improve existing automated tests using „WebDriverIO“ and contribute to expanding automation coverage.
• Create and update test documentation (test cases, checklists, reports) in „Jira“.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owner, and stakeholders within a „Scrum/Agile“ environment.
• Engage actively in the internal QA community, sharing knowledge and improving QA standards across teams.

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with „WebdriverIO“ and „JavaScript/Typescript“ or similar, and a strong motivation to grow in test automation.
• Experience with „Jira“.
• Knowledge of „HTML/CSS“ and „PL/SQL“ is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Lithuanian and English.
• Comfortable working with „Agile“ practices.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with testing tools like SOAPUI, Postman, JMeter or similar.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and Jenkins for test versioning and continuous automation workflows.

Salary: Competitive, ranging from 3040 - 3800 EUR (before taxes), based on experience and qualifications.
