IT Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join us at Telia. I’m Tomas Stepanavičius, leading the Collaboration and Productivity Solutions team. I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us.


The role is broader than a single platform. You will work across a portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint On-Premises and Online, storage services, signing solutions, automation, integrations, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities for all Telia group.

What you’ll do:

Act as a trusted IT owner and solution architect for collaboration and productivity services, combining strategic thinking, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and business-oriented communication to deliver reliable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

• Own and develop collaboration and productivity services as part of the wider IT strategy and enterprise architecture direction
• Translate business needs into clear, sustainable technology solutions, roadmaps, and priorities
• Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, security, operations, development teams, and business representatives to align expectations and deliver value
• Drive platform evolution across Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, storage, signing, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Take ownership of service quality, lifecycle management, governance, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Communicate complex topics in clear business language and support decision-making at different organizational levels

You are a proactive and accountable IT professional who enjoys connecting technology with business value. You are comfortable taking ownership, building trust with stakeholders, and moving topics forward even when the path is not fully defined.

• Experience in solution architecture, IT service ownership, product ownership, platform management, DevOps, or development environments
• Ability to understand business challenges and convert them into practical, scalable, and secure IT solutions
• Good understanding of enterprise platforms such as Atlassian tools, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, storage, signing, automation, or similar ecosystems
• Experience working with integrations, service lifecycle management, governance, reporting, or delivery processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in clear business language
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range for this position: 4 300 – 6 500 EUR (gross) + annual bonus, depending on your experience and performance.
