Main responsibilities
- Administration and support of end-user operating systems
- Configuration, maintenance, and updating of workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Managing user accounts, access, and group policies
- Administering Microsoft 365 services:
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Administration and basic configuration of Microsoft Azure:
- Users and roles
- Virtual machines
- Network resources (VNet, VPN, NSG)
- Configuration and support of network infrastructure:
- Routers, switches
- VLAN, DHCP, DNS
- Basic network segmentation
- Wi-Fi network configuration and support:
- Access points
- Guest and corporate networks
- Wireless access security
- System and network performance monitoring, incident resolution
- Working with user requests (2nd line support)
- Maintaining technical documentation, instructions, and diagrams.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a system administrator
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic macOS administration
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture and principles
- Experience in configuring:
- Wi-Fi networks
- Routers and switches (Cisco, Aruba, MikroTik, or similar)
- Knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
- Understanding of information security principles
- Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
